Cabbage Kofte

Cooking Instructions

Grate the cabbage and add salt.

Remove excess water from it and add gram flour
- 3
Add half tsp of turmeric powder and chilli powder in it.

Make balls and deep fry them into medium flame.

Take some oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and onion in it.

Add Coriander powder and garam masala powder into oil.

Grind garlic, tomatos, ginger, green chilli together.

When onion will start to become golden brown add the grinded paste into it.

Cook it in slow flame untill it cooks well.

Then add water for gravy.

When it starts boiling add kitchen king masala into it.

When gravy is ready add kofte we prepared before.

Cook for 2 minutes and add finely chopped Coriander leaves.

Cabbage kofte is ready to eat...

Serve hot with paratha or rice..
