Spinach and egg casserole

Ingredients

15-20 mints
2-4 servings
  1. 6-8eggs
  2. 1 cupChopped onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomato and spinach
  3. 1-2 tbsbutter
  4. as per tasteSalt,
  5. as per tastepepper,
  6. as per taste red chilli flakes
  7. 1-2 tbspmilk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat karai and add butter. To this add chopped veggies, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Sauté for few minutes.

    Beat eggs. Add sautéed veggies into it. Add milk. Give it a good mix.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture in a greased baking pan. Bake at 180 deg centigrade for 10-15 mints. Check inserting a tooth pick in it.

    Cool it completely. Cut into pieces and serve with choice of sauce.
