Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 1/4 bowlmilk powder
  3. 1/4 bowloil
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/4 tspsoda
  6. As neededChopped dry fruits
  7. 10-12dates
  8. 2 tspsugar
  9. 1/2 bowl or moreMilk to get desired consistency
  10. 1/4 tspvanilla essence
  11. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak seedless dates in warm milk for an hour.

    Grind soaked dates with milk, oil, sugar to a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Sift dry ingredients in bowl. Add dates paste, dry fruits, vanilla essence to this. Mix well.

    Pour this batter in a greased/dusted cake tin.

  5. 5

    Put cake tin in pre-heated cooker. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

    Let it cool down.

  7. 7

    Cut into slices. Enjoy!
