Cooking Instructions

Take a ball from the dough flat it just like round poori

Now mash the Alu methi with onion chopped and fill 1 tbs in the roll small poori and cover from all the sides.

Press slightly in dry wheat flour and roll round prantha with the help of flour

Now put on nonstick tawa and when slightly cooked turn to the other side after 2 minutes again turn and spread oil refined oil or ghee or olive oil as ur wish roast golden colour from both sides

Make all the prontha as u need and serve hot with dates pickle and butter
