  2. 100 grampaneer
  3. 1onion puree
  4. 1tomato puree
  5. 1/2 pieceginger
  6. 2garlic
  7. 1/2 teaspoonzeera/ cumin
  8. 1/2 teaspoonhaldi/ turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tablespooncoriander powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 2 tablespoonoil
  14. 1 teaspoonkasuri methi

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan.

    Heat oil.

    Add jeera.

  4. 4

    Then add onion puree.

    Saute it.

    Add dry masala.

    Stir and saute it.

    Add tomato puree.

    Cooked it untill the oil leave.

    Add paneer and matar.

    Mix it.

    Add water.

    Boil it on low flame.

    Then add cream and kasturi methi.

    Serve it with nan roti.
