Cooking Instructions

Take a pan,roast the moong dal.

Cook till it turns fragnance.

Add rice to the same pan & wash with water.
- 4
Add 2 cup of water in a pressure cooker & add roasted dal, rice& green cardamom powder.Give 2 whistles & switch off the flame.

Take another pan,pour 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup of jaggery.

Cook till all the jaggery dissolved in the water.

Open the lid of cooker & mash the rice little with masher.

Now add jaggery syrup in it & mix well.

Cook till all the jaggery syrup is absorbed in the cooked rice & dal.

Take a pan,pour 1 tbsp of ghee in it & roast the raisins, cashews & almonds.

Take it out in a serving plate & pour roasted dryfruits with ghee on it.

Serve hot.
