Unique combination of sweet-bitter taste subzi made from ripe banana and fenugreek leaves.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and finely chopped methi leaves (fenugreek leaves).Peel and chopped ripe banana into cubes.

In nonstick pan add heat oil do tempering of mustard seeds and cummin seeds..as they splutter add turmeric powder..mix add chopped methi leaves.mux and cook for few minutes.

Add ripe banana cubes,mix well.
- 4
Add all spices,sugar,salt,mix,addv1 tbsp water so sugar will easily be dissolved..Cook for 2 mins. Off the flame.

Serve,relish Hot Kela-Methi subzi with roti & dal.
