Cooking Instructions

First wash and chop sarso and spinach and make ginger garlic and chilli paste you can add ginger garlic paste accoding you taste

In a pressure cooker boil 2glass water and add chopped sarso and spinach in it

Add methi leaf and salt acooding ur taste and cover the lid and cook it for minimum 20-25min on low flame

After 20-25min open the lid and seprate the boiled saag with a stainer and grind it coarsly.

After grinding mix 2-3spoon makki ka atta in boiling water (in which we boil all leaves and add it to saag..add some water also which we seprate while grinding the saag and cook it on low flame and keep stir.. You can add more same water if you need.but keep stir between

For tadka --Chop onion and make tadka.. In a pan add 2-3spoon desi ghee and cook onion this time you can also add some chopped ginger and garlic if you desire it taste much better.. Add this tadka in saag

Makki ki roti... Make dough with warm water and make chpati on a foil sheet or polythene.. And cook it both sides

Serve saag and makki ki roti with some salad and buttermilk.
