Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 2Radish
  2. 1/4 cupradish leaves chopped
  3. As needed fresh coriander chopped
  4. 1-2green chilli
  5. 1 tbspgram flour
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder (optional)
  9. 1/2 tspdry mango power
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. For dough
  12. 1 cupwheat flour
  13. Salt
  14. 2 tbspoil
  15. 1 tspcarrom seeds

Cooking Instructions

    First peel, grate and squeeze radish keep aside.

    In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, carrom seeds,oil mix well, now knead a dough using squeezed radish water.add more water as per requirement keep aside to rest for 10 mins.

    For prepare stuffing- add grated,squeezed radish in a bowl add all ingredientes mentioned above.mix well.

    Take a portion from dough,roll it like thin roti,keep aside. Now roll another thin roti place/spread stuffing all over the roti (leave the sides).Cover with another prepared roti, press gently and roll lightly with rolling pin so the stuffing will not come out.

    Heat tawa put little oil on it place rolled parantha and roast from both sides nicely, apply ghee or butter on it serve hot with curd.
