Ingredients

  1. 1 cupghee residue
  2. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 2 tbsproasted wheat flour
  4. 11/2 tbspdessicated coconut
  5. 1 tbsproasted til /sesame seeds
  6. 1 tsproasted peanuts chopped finely
  7. 1 tsproasted cashewnuts chopped finely
  8. 1 tbspraisins
  9. 1/4th tsp elaichi powder
  10. 4almonds chopped
  11. 1 tbspmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Grind ghee residue in a mixer.Also powder sugar.Roast wheat flour in a nonstick pan.Add the powdered sugar and ghee residue. Also add roasted til and toss.If the mixture feels dry add little milk.Add dessicated coconut or scraped fresh coconut and toss.Add chopped nuts and raisins.Sprinkle powdered elaichi or cardamom.Toss the mixture and spread it in a greased plate.Allow it to set for sometime.Then cut into squares and store.
