  1. 1/2 KGCarrot
  2. 1Green Garlic
  3. 1/2 spoonturmeric
  4. 1 spoonred chilli powder
  5. 2 spoonsalt
  6. 1 spooncrushed mustard seed
  7. 1 spooncrushed fennel seeds
  8. 2 spoonmustord oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel carrot and cut into small pieces. cut green garlic into small pieces.now mix carrot with all spices and green garlic.

    Now keep this mixture into one jar and mix with mustard oil.

  3. 3

    Place this jar into sunlight for 2-3 days. carrot pickle is now ready to eat.
