Ingredients

  1. 1 kgmustard leaves
  2. 250 gmbathua
  3. 1/2 kgspinach leaves
  4. 4green chillies
  5. 50 gmginger
  6. 50 gmgarlic
  7. 1 cupmaize flour
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2chopped onions
  10. as neededDesi ghee
  11. For makki roti :
  12. 1 cupMaize flour
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1/2 tspcarrom seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Peel cut and wash all the green leaves

  2. 2

    Put in a cooker

  3. 3

    Add ginger,green chillies and garlic

  4. 4

    Put salt in it

  5. 5

    After 1 whistle cook on simmer atleast 20 minutes

  6. 6

    Now open and add maize flour

  7. 7

    Blend it well

  8. 8

    Heat desi ghee and put chopped onion in it

  9. 9

    Pour tadka in the sag

  10. 10

    Serve with makki roti and pickle
