Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRed Poha
  2. 2Red guavas
  3. 1/2 bowlPomegranate
  4. FewRaisins
  5. 1/2 teaspoonChat masala
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1Cucumber
  8. 1/2 teaspoonLemon juice
  9. 1/2 teaspoonWhite pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast poha for 5 to 7 minutes till it becomes crispy and allow to cool down.

    Chop the guava to bite sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Add them, pomegranates, raisins to poha. Add salt, chat masala powder and pepper powder.

  4. 4

    Before serving squeeze lemon too and serve in cups.
