Ingredients

  1. 10-12Tomatoes
  2. 2-3Chillies
  3. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  4. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. For Tempering:
  7. 1 tspOil
  8. 1 tspCumin seeds
  9. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  10. as required Curry leaves few
  11. 2Fried eggs
  12. 4cut into 2 Boiled eggs
  13. as required Oil
  14. 1 tbspKasuri methi
  15. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  16. 1 tspDhania Zeera powder
  17. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water and add roughly chopped tomatoes.Add 2 to 3 green chillies

  2. 2

    Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder &salt

  3. 3

    Cook the tomatoes till mushy and all the water dried up

  4. 4

    Temper the chutney - Heat oil and add cumin, Curry leaves and ginger garlic paste

  5. 5

    Cook the ginger garlic paste and add the tempering over the tomato chutney

  6. 6

    Mix

    In oil add the Kasuri methi, red chilli powder and Dhania powder

  8. 8

    Add salt and mix. Now add sliced boiled eggs

  9. 9

    Fry the boiled eggs on both the sides

  10. 10

    Serve the chutney topped with eggs along with steamed rice
