Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbajra flour
  2. 2table spoons samolina
  3. 2boiled potatoes
  4. 1/2 cupspring onions chopped
  5. 1/4 cupcarrot crushed
  6. 1 table spoonsalt
  7. 2table spoons lemon juice
  8. 1/2 tea spoongaram masala
  9. 1/2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  10. Oil for frying

    First of all take a bowl pour this bajra flour, boiled potatoes is mashed and add rest of the ingredients.

    Now put only two table spoons of oil for binding and making chop shape.

    Don't use water here, because of fresh chopped vegetables have their own water.

    So, after heating pan, put on the gas flame, at medium level add oil, try to put one by one chop into the heat oil and keep out and serve with salad and sauce.
