Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2large mangoes preferably Alphonso
  2. 1/4 cup milk (optional)
  3. 1 tablespoonpowdered sugar or as per the sweetness of the mangoes
  4. 5 strandssaffron / kesar
  5. 1/4 teaspooncardamom powder
  6. 1 sprigMint leaves
  7. 1 cupIce cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse the mangoes(alphonso), peel and chop them.

    Put the mango pieces in a blender jar.
    Add powdered sugar and saffron strands

  3. 3

    Blend the mangoes to smooth pulp.

  4. 4

    To thin down the aamras, add milk.(optional)

  5. 5

    Pour in small bowls and chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.

  6. 6

    Garnish with saffron strands and mint sprig and serve it chilled
