  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. 2 tbspall purpose flour
  3. 4 tbspcorn flour
  4. 2 tbspboiled peas
  5. 2 tbspbeans chopped
  6. 2 tbspgrated carrot
  7. 1 cupcurd
  8. 4 slicesbread
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 cuppowder rice vermicelli
  12. as neededOil for frying
  13. 1/2 cupbread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Spread curd over bread slices and leaves for 10 minute. Mix all spices,beans, peas carrots, grated paneer,2tbsp cornflour and bread crumbs. Mix well and make a dough.

    Now mix all purpose flour and cornflour and make a thin slurry. Make tikkies from the dough and dip in slurry and coat with rice vermicelli powder. Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.

    Deep fry in hot oil. Soft inside and crunchy outside paneer cutlets are ready to serve.
