  1. 1 cupchopped cabbage
  2. 2 tbspchopped onion
  3. 1 tspchopped ginger and garlic
  4. 1 tspchopped green chilli
  5. 1 cupbesan
  6. 2 tbsprice flour
  7. 1/3turmeric powder
  8. 1/3 tspajwain seeds
  9. 1/3 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1/2 tspcrushed kasoori methi leaves
  11. 1 pinchbaking soda
  12. Water needed for the batter
  13. as neededSalt
  14. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients. Add water to make dough like batter.

    Heat oil in a kadhai. Make chops. Deep fry in low medium heat on both sides. Keep in kitchen towel to absorb extra oil. Serve hot and yummy cabbage chops with homemade Tomato pickle. Try
