材料

1 serving
  1. cooked Japanese rice(middle grain rice) 200g
  2. ☆pickled ume(plum) 2 small(1 big)
  3. ☆canned tuna 1/3(appox 30g)
  4. ☆miso(soy bean paste) 1 teasoon
  5. ☆granulated kombu soupstock(or vegi soupstock) a pinch
  6. soy sauce proper amount(appox 2 teaspoon)
  7. ★chopped nori as needed
  8. ★roasted sesami as needed
  9. ★dried bonito flake as needed
  10. wasabi as much as you want
  11. boiled water 200cc (or even 1 cup)

作り方

  1. 1

    take seed out from pickled ume and mince ume finely.

  2. 2

    mix minced ume and ☆ingredients together.

  3. 3

    put mixed ingredient in rice and mold rice ball.

  4. 4

    put soy sauce on both side of rice ball.

  5. 5

    roast and brown both side of rice ball.

  6. 6

    put grilled rice ball in a bowl and sprinkle ★ingredients.

  7. 7

    pour boiled water in the bowl from the edge of it.

  8. 8

    put wasabi on it if you want. and dig in! meshiagare~
