作り方

take seed out from pickled ume and mince ume finely.

mix minced ume and ☆ingredients together.

put mixed ingredient in rice and mold rice ball.

put soy sauce on both side of rice ball.

roast and brown both side of rice ball.

put grilled rice ball in a bowl and sprinkle ★ingredients.

pour boiled water in the bowl from the edge of it.
- 8
put wasabi on it if you want. and dig in! meshiagare~
