材料

  1. Boiled Bamboo Shoot 400g
  2. Soy Sauce 40cc
  3. Sugar Big Spoon 3-4
  4. Vegetable Oil Big Spoon 3-4

作り方

    Slice boiled bamboo shoot. Bite size.

    Heat Salad Oil in a pan and add the sliced bamboo shoot.

    When the oild goes around and the bamboo shoot is nicely →

    warmed, add soy sauce and sugar.
    Fry them shaking the pan.

    When the bamboo shoot has nice glow, it's done!
