Basic Italian vinaigrette with kalamata olives!

作り方

Rinse the broccoli thoroughly before cooking.

Place the broccoli and water in a large skillet.

Sprinkle it with salt, then cover and cook over medium heat.

Cook until the broccoli gets bright green.

Transfer cooked broccoli to a colander, then drain well.

Leave it until cool enough to handle.

Cut the broccoli into 2" long pieces.

In a large bowl, whisk in the dressing ingredients. Mix well

Add broccoli, shallots, olives and cheese in the bowl.

Toss well and taste, adjust with salt and pepper as needed.

Serve.
コツ・ポイント
Cook with different sizes of broccoli, and use a pan to steam it instead of blanching it. But either way works too!
