材料

2 person ingredients
  1. Green part of the leek(top of the leek) 2 part
  2. Miso 1 table spoon
  3. Sake 1 table spoon
  4. Sugar 2 table spoon
  5. Squeezy tube of ginger 1 table spoon
  6. Sesame oil 1 table spoon

作り方

  1. 1

    Mince the leek.

  2. 2

    Pour the oil into the pan,

  3. 3

    put the minced leek into the pan, saute until wilted.

  4. 4

    Mix Kanzuri,Miso,Sake,Sugar, and Squeezy tube of ginger

  5. 5

    then put the mixture into the pan.

  6. 6

    Saute on low heat until it thickens.

コツ・ポイント

What is Kanzuri ?
Red pepper,Koji(mold made from rice) Yuzu(citrus) and Salt ferment and kept for 3 years.
