材料

3 meals
  1. dry soy beans 200g ( nearly equal 200ml )
  2. onion a half
  3. carrot a half
  4. Shiitake mashroom a quarter
  5. burdock root 5cm long ( 2 inch. )
  6. ginger, grated 1/12 tsp
  7. garlic, grated 1/12 tsp
  8. Worcester sauce 2 TBS
  9. sugar 1/4 tsp

    This dish is Englished Gomoku-Mame(hotch-potch of

    soy beans).

    1. Hydrate dry soy. Liquer dry soy beans into the water,

  4. 4

    and keep soy in fridge for one day and night. 200g of

  5. 5

    beans can support 65kg ( = 130lb ) weigh body mass. 300ml

  6. 6

    ( = 3/5 pt ) of water is needed at least.

    (*) I use metal screw bottles laid sideways.[220914]

    2. boil soy. Move soy into a pot with bathing water, put

    the lid on the pot, place them into the oven, and heat

  10. 10

    them ( 170 C = 340 F, 3 hours ). Then soy would become

  11. 11

    soft.

    3. In the pot, cook hotch-potch successively. Add chopped

  13. 13

    onion, and carrot,, sliced burdock root and Shiitake

  14. 14

    mashroom. And taste them with grated ginger and garlic,

  15. 15

    sugar, and Worcester sauce. Worc. is substitutes for soy

  16. 16

    sauce, so, if you with, change Worc. to soy one. And

  17. 17

    spices or herbs can be added, as you wish.

    4. place them into the oven again ( 170 C, 20 minutes ).
