作り方

Slice the daikon into 1" thick round pieces, then peel it.

Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Place daikon and cook until lightly browned on both sides.

Add wine, then cover and cook until almost heated through.

Use a toothpick to insert it in the middle of the daikon.

Uncover and stir in garlic/parsley/salt/pepper/vinegar/syrup

Cook and stir at times until the sauce thickens.

Serve.
コツ・ポイント
Do not over cook it to keep a nice firm texture from the daikon.
