Donburi has lots of types and this is one I didn't introduce to my family yet, but now they know what it tastes like!
作り方

Gather all the ingredients.

Add pork/sake/soy sauce/salt/starch, and rub these well.

Add shrimp/squid/sake/soy/salt/starch, and rub these well.

Oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.

Add pork/squid/shrimp and cook until almost heated through.

Add carrot, stem, onion and cook until it wilts.

add the rest of the ingredients and cook until almost heated

Stir in all the sauce ingredients, and bring it to a simmer.

Cook for 3 minutes or until ingredients are tender but crisp

Combine water and starch, then drizzle over the wok.

Stir and cook 1 min to evenly distribute the sauce.

Stir vinegar/sesame oil over it, and serve over the rice.
コツ・ポイント
Use potato starch to keep the umami from the shrimp/pork. Lots of veggies make a tasty broth with simple seasonings!
