Wanting to try home-made sweet potato pie instead of store bought.
作り方

Mix flour and salt in food processor for a few seconds.

Cut cold butter to small cubes and add to flour mixture.

Mix (pulse 10-15 times, 5 seconds at a time).

Add ice cold water little by little and mix in between.

Once the dough looks crumbled together, wrap it in plastic.

Rest in fridge minimum 6 hours.

Use rolling pin and spread on the floured surface.

Fold in 3 and spread it again. Repeat 4 times.

Wrap the dough in the plastic and rest over night.
