作り方

Mix Ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix until the dough forms. - 2
Dissolve the yeast and activate it by proofing.

Knead,slap and fold until smooth and elastic.(10〜12min)

First Rise
Let the dough rest in a warm location for 30min. - 5
Deflate the dough by punching out the gas.

Divide six pieces.Round the dough and shape it like a cone.

Rest for 5min.

Roll out and place a butter.And place in pan.

Second Rise
Cover and the dough continue to rise for 20min. - 10
Top with sea solt and sesame.
Brush with eggwash. - 11
Heat oven to 190℃. (374°F)
Bake for 13〜15min. - 12
Enjoy! So soft and fluffy,sweet and salty butter rolls!
