作り方

Gather all the ingredients.

Oil in a small Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds/onion and cook until onions get golden.

Add ginger, garlic, and cook until it's fragrant.

Add meat and break it up with a spoon/spatula while cooking.

Continue to cook until the meat is heated through.

Add celery, bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.

Add spices, salt, tomato, and yogurt. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add water and bring to a simmer.

Lower the heat. Cover/cook for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally

Uncover, add garam masala and cook off excess liquids.

Add cilantro and cook for another minute.

Turn off the heat, and add lemon juice before serving.
コツ・ポイント
This recipe uses an alternative, but you can use ground beef/bison. You can use fresh tomatoes instead of canned ones
