作り方

Use a sharp knife to thinly slice the octopus.

Place sliced onion in a small glass bowl.

Add cold water/ice cubes until it completely submerges.

Leave it for 10 minutes, and transfer to the colander.

Use a paper towel to remove the excess water.

Whisk in all the dressing ingredients in a large bowl.

Add octopus, onion and parsley. Toss well to combine.

Chill in a fridge until ready to serve.
コツ・ポイント
Submerge the sliced onion into the cold water to remove the intense bite of the raw onion.
