Wash chicken and soak in 5% salt water for a night

Cut vegetables not too small

Put chicken in the middle of oven pan and apply a little bit of olive oil. Put vegetables around.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Cook for 40 min (or until when cooked well). Scoop oil from the pan and apply to chicken every 10 min.

Take out vegetables if burning
