作り方

Cut beef fat into small pieces and put in a stock pot.

Add water to cover the bottom of the pot by about 1 inch.

Place the pot over medium heat then down to 4 once boiled.

Cook gently, stirring every so often.

Turn off the heat when solid is separated from liquid.

Keep cooking with residual heat for 30 mins.

Pour the rendered fat through sieve into another pot.

Pour it into clean glass jars.
