Gochujang Beef Bowl

Gochujang (Korean chili paste or red chili pepper paste) is a traditional Korean fermented red chili paste. Its flavor is umami-rich with a balance of heat, sweetness, and saltiness. For this recipe I use gochujang to add a rich savory depth to the ground beef, which you can eat over the rice for a weeknight dinner.
