Ingredients

  1. 500 grmsflour(attar mark)
  2. 300 grmsmargarine
  3. 90 grmssugar
  4. 140 grmsicing sugar
  5. 1tspn cardamon
  6. 1 tbspnbaking powder
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 85 mlmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble the ingredients and measure accurately.

    To the flour, add the cardamon,salt,baking powder,sugar and icing sugar..,thoroughly mix using your hand till everything is combined.n/b can use a whisky or spatula,add the margarine and continue mixing..,they will form crumbs

    Add the milk milk in bits as you nead,can transfer to aflat surface and continue kneading till you get the soft dough.

    The dough is ready for rolling,can divide into two and roll it,not so thiny as they can break when lifting.using the cutters as shown make patterns

    Lift them to alined baking trays and make more decorations

  6. 6

    Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven for 30mins at 160c,till Brown.. Serve with cold milk.
