Banana and raisin muffins
I walked into the kitchen and saw the bounty of bananas slowly degenerating and was determined not to let them go to waste. Now I'm not a fan of baking but I thought why not try my hand at a simple banana bread recipe. It came out successfully and i really enjoyed it. It wasn't too sweet and the banana was not overpowering as it can be sometimes. It had a nice texture although nuts would've been a great addition. I also added a honey ginger glaze left a nice taste in my mouth too. I'll definitely be trying this again.

Robin's Icing Thumbprints
I searched high and low for a decent thumbprint recipe... some had milk, some had orange juice... I just wanted something basic. My first batch turned out too flat but after tweaking, this recipe turned out much better. Going to try making them next time with sugar instead of brown sugar to give it a more shortbread like taste.

Honey Milk Caramels (with different flavor variations)
I've loved caramels since I was little, but I wanted to make a healthy version. When making the matcha or Milo (you can used instant coffee instead of the latter) versions, I thought they shouldn't taste too bitter, so I coated them on the outside with a little skim milk powder (not listed in the ingredients). If you dust the caramels like this they won't get stuck to your fingers when you eat them, but they will be delicious without the dusting too. I tried freezing the caramels and they were fine. They'll harden if you freeze them, but when you put them in your mouth they will gradually melt and soften. Recipe by Spain

Masala Rava Dosa
Dosa is loved by everyone, but the hassle of making it often makes people think twice before preparing it at home. If you suddenly crave dosa, you might not be able to make it due to lack of preparation. That's why I created this rava dosa and sambar without tamarind... It turned out very delicious, and you should definitely try it once.

4 ingredient Ondeh Ondeh(Coconut Palm Sugar Mochi Balls)
Super easy and quick! Some ingredients may be hard to find if you are not based in Asia. For those who are not able to find pandan leaves, suggest to add a little green food colouring and use light coconut milk instead of water to intensify the coconut flavours! If you can’t find Gula Melaka, use granulated coconut sugar instead :)

Homemade Strawberry Milk Ice Cream
Don't you always see the frozen strawberries filled with condensed milk? My son loves them and always wants to eat them. When he saw that my mother sent some, he asked if I could make make them myself, so I tried! The key is to place them in an ice cube tray. If you do this, the condensed milk won't spill out. Also, try not to pull out the core too deep and wide. If you poke through the skin, the condensed milk will spill out. And also, the strawberries will be freeze easily, but the milk will not, so make sure to leave them in the freezer for at least one night so that they can harden. Then as soon as you take them out of the freezer, you can eat them up. Recipe by Sugamiho
