Ingredients

  1. 11/2 kgAll purpose flour
  2. 1/2 litrecooking oil
  3. 500mlMilk
  4. 2 tbs of sugar
  5. 2tbs of Margarine
  6. 1/4 tsp salt

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the cooking area and assemble what you need, put flour, salt and sugar in a bowl /small basin, add in milk and knead to a soft dough melt margarine and incorporate, pin it out,cut into thin strands and apply oil and make small balls has shown below

    Let the balls rest for a while and cover to avoid drying, pin again into a nice shape and fry both sides has shown her

  3. 3

    Place the fried chapati in a dish to avoid drying out and to cook before your done, serve with the favorite straw.
