Cooking Instructions

In a bowl mix warm water, sugar and salt to taste. Add in the oil. Start adding flour till it comes together. Transfer on a floured surface and oil your hands. Knead and add flour if needed. When it's a soft dough set aside and rest.

Roll into a big circle. Apply oil, cut in strips, and roll into a ball.

Roll the balls and fry on both sides till brown. Repeat till done enjoy.
