Put the ingridients together

Mix the flour, sugar, salt and salt together. Add the molten butter. Add the yeast mixture and mix.

When double the original size, put in a bread tin n let it rise again

Put in an oven n bake. Temp 180 degrees. The bread is ready when you hit it it gives a hollow sound

My favorite soda bread recipe so far! Hearty bread in just 30 minutes. Whole wheat and bran makes it heartier and a lot more flavorful than white soda breads. It's so good with butter! I like to add in caraway, and sometimes other mix-ins like sunflower seeds and oats. If for some reason you can't get buttermilk, use a half milk/half yogurt mix instead.
