Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsbrown flour
  2. 2 cupswhite flour
  3. 2 teaspoonsyeast
  4. 3 tablespoonsmelted butter
  5. Warm water
  6. 2 tablespoonsugar
  7. Teaspoonsalt
  8. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Put the ingridients together

    Mix the flour, sugar, salt and salt together. Add the molten butter. Add the yeast mixture and mix.

    Add the warm water to the dough as you knead. When the dough is done, dust the working surface with some flour and knead for about 10 minutes. Cover it n let it rest

    When double the original size, put in a bread tin n let it rise again

  5. 5

    Put in an oven n bake. Temp 180 degrees. The bread is ready when you hit it it gives a hollow sound
