Avocado and Lemon Smoothie
This tangy smoothie is yummy, filling and may even help prevent cancer! The avocado, which is one of the main ingredients, also reduces the risk of liver damage and Vitamin K deficiency-related bleeding. It helps promote eye health and protecting the skin from signs of aging and the harmful effects of UV rays. It also helps in maintaining blood sugar levels and has antioxidant properties. It even helps to increase circulation, boost cognitive abilities, and build stronger bones! On top of that, lemon is a good treatment of indigestion, constipation, dental problems, throat infections, fever, internal bleeding, rheumatism, burns, obesity, respiratory disorders, cholera, and high blood pressure. But it most be noted that you should be careful with your intake of lemon, especially if you suffer from ulcers, to avoid issues such as heartburn.

(mercola.com)And how does mango help?Mango clears the skin, improves eye health, helps fight heat stroke, improves digestion, lowers cholesterol and event prevents cancer. Research has shown that the fruit has been found to protect against colon, breast, leukemia and prostrate cancers.Enjoy!

DIY Strawberry Fruit Yoghurt
I have a little cookbook I picked up from a street vendor in Nairobi. It's called Poor cook, and it has recipes for people on a budget. In it, I found this little recipe on how to make your own yoghurt which is surprisingly incredibly easy. It was the first recipe I attempted from this book because:1.Who knew you can make your own yoghurt without cultures and all that good stuff? Not me😮2. It is a lazy recipe... Just throw everything together and the yoghurt just forms itself.3.The possibilities (in terms of flavour) are endless. Have you had banana yoghurt? Or papaya? No? Now you can make it yourself🙌I hope you give this a try. And I hope it turns out wonderful. Cheers!

Stir Fried Vegetables with Orange Sauce#Seasonal Ingredients
We are so lucky that in Kenya we get freshly grown vegetables that are succulent and flavorful. Most of these vegetables are available throughout the year. Whenever I want a whole plateful of colorful vegetables, I make stir fried vegetables. I enjoy them on their own, with rice, noodles, couscous or even quinoa. Here I've prepared quinoa. The best time to buy really sweet oranges is now. We're so lucky that in Mombasa we get loads of Pixie oranges and tangerines especially during the hot season.

Moroccan "tagine" of fish
It's a very popular dish in Morocco. It is essentially an outdoor meal.It can be cooked at home and in picnics since it's better cooked on coal fire or wood.Thé cooking pot is made of earth which is highly healthy and it's labour saving since thé pot is used for préparation, cooking, and serving.Besides، Morocco is a country of cultural diversity، and moroccan cuisine is a combination of african colours ,mediteranean fish and olive oïl,and eastern spices.so,the outcome is incredible.Personally,I've been cooking for my family and guests for the last 30,years,and for my salty dishes,I normally dont use measures, but I use my fingers.in Morocco we say for spices quantity,"your eyes are your scale." It's worth trying.
