Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 3 tbssugar
  3. 1/2tap salt
  4. 2 1/4 tspyeast
  5. 1/2 cupwater(warm)
  6. 1/4 cupmilk warm
  7. 2 tbsmargarine
  8. For the filling
  9. 2 tbscinnamon powder
  10. 1/4 cupsugar
  11. 1/4 cupmargarine
  12. For the glaze
  13. 1 cupicing sugar
  14. 1 tbsvannila essence
  15. 2 tbsmilk
  16. 1 tbslemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    To make a dough add all the dry ingredients in a bowl add water and milk as you knead to form a dough. Hard knead on a flat top for 10 minutes cover with kitchen towel for 45 minutes till it doubles in size.be making the filling by mixing all the ingredients

    Punch down the dough, cut it into 2 and form two balls. Roll into a circle and apply the filling.

    Fold the dough and cut using a knife

    Place on a greased baking tin let it proof again for 30 minutes preheat oven at 180 degrees. Brush with egg wash but I used water and bake for 20 minutes.

    For glaze in a bowl add icing sugar, vanilla essence milk and lemon juice to form a syrup and drizzle on the rolls enjoy with a cup of chocolate or tea.
