Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsMoong dal
  2. 3Green chillies
  3. 1 inch Ginger small
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. As required water for grinding
  6. 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
  7. 2 tbspRice flour
  8. 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  9. HandfulCoriander leaves
  10. As required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    First take a mixer jar add moongdal, green chillies, ginger, salt and little water grind course paste.

    Take a bowl add moongdal paste, rice flour, asafoetida, baking soda and Coriander leaves mix well.

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil, from the dough take a small portion 4 or 5 add in to the oil and fry light golden colour. Moongdall pakoda ready to serve.
