Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupsMoong dal
  2. 1 cupRice flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1Chopped onion
  5. 1/2 cupCoriander leave
  6. 2chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tbspCummin powder
  8. 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  9. 1 pinchAsafoetida
  10. 1 pinchSoda
  11. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  12. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak moong for 3-4 hours. Grind well. Keep all the ingredients ready.

    Mix all the ingredients except oil.

  3. 3

    Drop small section of batter into the oil. Fry till golden brown. Serve with ketchup or chutney.
