Ingredients

8 pc
  1. 1whole chicken cut into 8 pcs
  2. 1egg
  3. 1/2 cupmala/plain yohurt
  4. 1 cupwheat flour,
  5. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  6. 1/2 cupquicker oats
  7. 2garlic cloves
  8. MIXED SPICES (1tbs)
  9. Cayenne paper
  10. Black pepper
  11. White paper
  12. Curry powder
  13. Royco
  14. Tumeric
  15. Jeera powder
  16. Pilau masala
  17. Gharam massala

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all spices an set aside

  2. 2

    Mix flour, bread crumbs, oats set, crushed garlic salt, set aside

  3. 3

    Add lemon juice and Salt to your chicken.

  4. 4

    Beat the egg, add it Mala or yoghurt, give it a good mix. Add to your chicken. Leave for 2 hours.

  5. 5

    Mix your spices mixture and flour garlic mixture.

  6. 6

    Deep each piece on spicy flour mixture. Remove excess. Deep fry in medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
