1 cupGraham cracker crumbs
1 cupflour
1 cupplain panko
3 cupbuttermilk
2 tbspgarlic powder
1/4 tspcayenne pepper
2 tbspkosher salt
1oil
3 lbcut up chicken

Soak chicken in buttermilk for 30 min at room temp turning occasionally

Mix all dry ingredients together by whisking

Dredge soaked chicken in dry mix

The recipe said to fry in 2inches of oil in a large cast iron skillet..I didn't have that do I used my fryer. Worked fine
