Cooking Instructions

Prepare dough and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Heat a pan with oil and add onions. Saute for a minute.

Then add ginger- garlic paste and continue to saute.

Now turn off the flame and add salt and coriander leaves.

Combine all and simultaneously knead the dough.

Make a ball sized dough

Now place prepared onion stuffing in the centre and roll like a Chapati.

Put it on a hot tawa and spread oil and let it cook both the side.

Serve with raita, chutney or curd.
