Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. as neededWater
  5. For stuffing
  6. 1 tspoil
  7. 1onion finely chopped
  8. 1/2 tspginger-garlic paste
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 2 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  11. 1/2 tsphaldi (turmeric)powder
  12. 1/4 tspjeera/ cumin seeds
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  15. 1/4 tspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare dough and keep aside for 10 minutes.

    Heat a pan with oil and add onions. Saute for a minute.

  3. 3

    Then add ginger- garlic paste and continue to saute.

  4. 4

    Now turn off the flame and add salt and coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Combine all and simultaneously knead the dough.

  6. 6

    Make a ball sized dough

  7. 7

    Now place prepared onion stuffing in the centre and roll like a Chapati.

  8. 8

    Put it on a hot tawa and spread oil and let it cook both the side.

  9. 9

    Serve with raita, chutney or curd.
