  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 3potatoes
  3. Halfkg of meat (boiled)
  4. 1 sachettomato paste
  5. Pilau masala and any other spice of your choice
  6. Onion,garlic and ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Cut your onion and put it in a sufuria add oil and let it cook until it turn brown brown

    Put your garlic and ginger and don't forget to grate them or mash..

    Add meat and all you spices until they are well mixed then add your potatoes and tomatoe paste

  4. 4

    When they are well mixed add your well washed rice and stir until the rice is well mixed

  5. 5

    Add water and increase heat and bring it to a boil..at this point reduce the heat and use the lead and cover until it well cooked...

    Enjoy with kachumbari,banana or guacamole
