Separate egg York and white into two separate bowl

Beat the egg white with a mixer until it form a foam like this

Add sugar and vanilla essence to the mixture and beat well again until it get smooth then add egg York and mix well
4

Mix flour into the mixture until it get smooth at the same time add desiccated coconut
5

Grease your baking tray and put your mixture
6

Put in a preheated oven for 30min until well cook
7

Serve and enjoy
