    Mix margarine and sugar till light and fluffy

    Add in eggs one by one then add the essence

  3. 3

    Add in flour alternating with milk to make batter then put in a tin and bake till a skewer comes out clean

  4. 4

    Put it on a wire rack to cool after getting it out of the oven.
