Vanilla cake

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

Grease two 6” pans with a brush and dust some flour on the greased pan

In a bowl mix the sugar and margarine/butter and whisk for about 5 minutes
- 4
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add them to the creamed mixture above together with the vanilla essence
- 5
Sift the dry ingredients and add them slowly to the creamed mixture. Add the milk slowly to the batter until its the desired consistency

Pour the batter in the already prepared pans
- 7
Bake for 55-60 minutes until the cake is well risen and golden brown.Insert a clean knife in the middle and make sure it comes out clean.
Remove the cake and let it cool for about 20 minutes and turn it into a cooling rack
Enjoy it plain or frosted
