Without Butter Crispy Cookies Made with Roasted Soy Flour

I had kinako (roasted soy flour) at home, and I wanted to make my favourite crispy cookies with it. Then I arrived at this ratio of the ingredients.
Please adjust the baking time depending on the oven .
The cookies became crumbly after 15 minutes, crispy after 18 minutes, and crunchy after 20 minutes in our oven.
You only need a bowl, spatula and knife. It will ease clean up. Recipe by Aibonmama
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix the "A" ingredients well. Add the beaten egg in, and mix some more.
- 2
Add kinako (roasted soy flour) and flour to Step 1, and mix until the mixture becomes as shown in the picture. Then form the dough into a clump with your hands.
- 3
Cover with plastic wrap, and shape into a roll. Let it sit in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
- 4
Slice into 5 mm with a knife, and bake in the oven for 18 minutes at 170℃ / 340℉.
- 5
When you're using cookie cutters, you don't need to chill the dough in the freezer.
- 6
If you double the amount, you can use 1 egg, so it's easier. I always double the amount otherwise my family eats them up too quickly.

Crispy Kinako and Salt Cookies Crispy Kinako and Salt Cookies
I had a craving for a healthy way to consume kinako, so thought of baking them in cookies.Since I was concerned about calories, I made them without using any butter or eggs.I incorporated environmentally conscious ideas to save on water by reducing the clean up and keeping my hands from getting dirty. As a result, all I had to clean was the knife I used to cut the cookie dough.Be sure to re-use the parchment paper you lined the baking sheet with, too! You can re-use it more than once. For 20 cookies. Recipe by Mihasu cookpad.japan -

Soft Chocolate Cookies Made with Tofu Soft Chocolate Cookies Made with Tofu
I wanted to eat chocolate cookies, so I made a variation of my soft raisin cookies with tofu. The Hacho miso has a very subtle flavor. It cuts down on the tofu texture, but doesn't have a strong flavor. It's fine to omit, but if you have it, definitely use it. These are only mildly sweet, so if you prefer something sweeter be sure to add more sugar. If you don't cut it right out of the oven, it will be very hard to cut once it hardens. If it becomes powdery, add some vegetable oil.If you let the dough chill for too long, it will harden and become too difficult to cut!!If you force it while cutting, the dough will crumble.
