Oil-free Kinako (Roasted Soy Flour) and Brown Sugar Cookies

I made these cookies without a food processor.
Adjust temperature of the oven and baking time.
When you roll the dough thin, the cookies become crispy. But if you make the dough too thin, they will easily get burned, so be careful. Recipe by CAFE703.

Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven for 170℃. Beat the egg into a bowl, and mix with a whisk. Add the brown sugar, and mix.
- 2
Pour in the milk, and mix some more.
- 3
Add kinako and skim milk powder (no need to sift).
- 4
Mix with a spatula with a cutting motion. When it starts to clump, it's good. When it doesn't, don't worry, just keep mixing patiently.
- 5
When the mixture has clumped, put into a thick plastic bag (ziplock bags, etc).
- 6
Rub the dough over the bag, and roll into a ball.
- 7
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on top of the bag.
- 8
Cut the dough into you preferred pieces. Lay on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 170℃.
- 9
When they are done, leave on the baking sheet to cool.
